Joshua Dale is a web developer, entrepreneur, and homeschooling father of four. He has run his own freelance web design and development business, Olive Web Design, since 2011 and transitioned to full-time self‑employment in 2019. Over the last decade he has built more than 100 websites, several web applications, and a growing real estate portfolio, reaching a seven‑figure net worth in just two years by combining steady work, disciplined investing, and practical problem-solving. 

Before starting his own business, Joshua served in the United States Air Force as an Airborne Systems Engineer and later worked as a web developer and programmer for the University of North Dakota and Kansas‑based marketing agencies. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the University of North Dakota, as well as an Associate of Arts from Northland Community and Technical College. Joshua has been homeschooling his children for several years and enjoys teaching not only academics, but also hands‑on skills like remodeling and woodworking, and the mindset, character, and work ethic required to thrive as an adult.
